Once all the design plans have been drawn up and agreed on, we are ready to start!
Urban Escapes is a professional company and we like this to be reflected in the work that we do. That’s why, to ensure the process is as enjoyable and stress free as possible for you we adhere to a few simple principles:
- Parking in a suitable and considerate manner so as not to affect you or your neighbours
- No loud noises (i.e. loud music/shouting/swearing)
- Any skips we use being left in a safe and tidy manner
- Tools stored away at the end of the day
- Any dust-sheets removed and the area swept or vacuumed each day so that you can view our progress fully and safely.
The first day is always busy as we like to get the old garden cleared as soon as possible in order for the real work to begin.
You are then introduced to the project manager who is responsible for ensuring all your needs are met and is on hand throughout to deal with any queries and keep you informed of progress. We discuss all decisions with you as we believe that consistent communication is key when creating your perfect outdoor space, helping to avoid any little surprises along the way.
Once we have finished putting the finishing touches to your new garden/play area/outdoor room, we sit down and discuss the end result, making sure that you are 100% satisfied with the end result. The keys are then handed back, the final sum is settled and we sign off the job, leaving you to sit back and relax in your beautiful new garden!
